Structured e-invoices and getting ready for 2028

A PDF in an e-mail is not a structured e-invoice. Uzskaiti.lv stores invoices as structured data with every e-invoice field, and you can download the XML today.

Regulatory change

E-invoicing is already here. B2B follows in 2028.

Invoices to public institutions must already be issued as structured e-invoices, and their data reported to the SRS. Business-to-business invoices follow later. Uzskaiti.lv already stores your invoices as structured data with every e-invoice field — units, VAT categories, buyer reference and electronic addresses — not as PDF pictures.

Dates reflect the amendments to the Accounting Law. Check them with your accountant if in doubt.
